摘要
对平地机工作装置双泵与单泵分流液压系统的异同之处进行研究,得到发动机转速、多路阀通流面积与负载等因素对执行元件速度的影响规律,并对两种系统的能耗与效率进行对比分析,为平地机工作装置液压系统元件选型与系统改进提供了一定参考依据。
In this paper,the similarities and differences of double pump system and single pump bypass system of motor grader are studied. The effect to speed of executive element by engine speed,flow area of multi-way valve and load is achieved. The two systems' energy consumption and efficiency were contrasted and analyzed. Reference is provided for components selection and system improvement.
