摘要
对一起汽车起重机折臂事故进行了剖析,并采用有限元计算结构应力,表明起重机支腿处于倾斜工作状态及操作人员的违规操作使二节臂与基本臂的套接处等效应力超过取用应力,产生损伤,在进一步吊装中加速损伤的累积使起重臂折断,为工程施工管理提供了有益的借鉴。
The cause of a boom fracture failure on a truck crane was analyzed and the structure stress was calculated by the finite element analysis,it show that the equivalent stress on the sleeve connection between the basic and removable arms above the allowance stress for the outriggers of truck crane were not in horizontality and violation of operations,thereby forming damage in the connection,with the damage accumulation result in boom fracture. The peroration provides useful reference to the construction management.
