A Preliminary Study on the Equipment Management of the Whole Process

设备是企业生产力的重要因素,是企业进行各项生产经营活动的物质基础,它有自身的运行规律,设备通过机械和人在生产中发挥作用,要发挥设备的投入产出效益,必须从前期起,实行对设备一生的全过程管理。笔者从职责、时序、作业方面入手,强化设备全过程管理,实施规范化运作,积极推选效益型设备管理新模式,降低设备运营费用,提高创效能力。

Equipment is an important factor of enterprise productivity,is the material basis for the production and business operation activities of enterprise,it has its own rules,through mechanical equipment and people play a role in the production,to exert the input-output efficiency of equipment,must be from early on,the whole process of equipment life management. The author from responsibility, timing and operation aspects, strengthening the management of process equipment and the implementation of standardized operation,positive selection efficiency equipment management mode,reduce the equipment operation cost,improve the ability of the effect.
