摘要
椭圆面上圆弧螺纹的加工工艺较为复杂,在数控车床上无法通过一般的加工方法加工,只有先将椭圆面通过宏程序进行编程加工,再编制出螺纹加工的宏程序进行加工。以椭圆面上的圆弧螺纹的车削加工为例,对零件工艺进行分析,选择合适的刀具及螺纹加工方法,编写出该零件加工的宏程序。
The processing technology of circular thread ellipsoid is complex,not through the processing of the general processing method in NC lathe. Only the first programming machining of elliptic surface through the macro program,and then worked out the macro program of machining screw thread processing. In this paper,taking the turning processing arc thread elliptic surface of the parts as an example,the process analysis,select tool and screw the appropriate processing method,to compile the macro program of the parts processing.
