浅谈“三同时”在企业机械设备采购中的应用

“Three Simultaneity" Application in Mechanical Equipment Procurement Process

在进行安全生产标准化企业评估中,多数企业的机械设备存在很多不符合标准的事故隐患,经分析后发现大部分事故隐患是在采购过程中形成的而企业为了消除此类事故隐患会花费很大的人力、物力资源。为了解决这些问题,从企业采购的机械设备中存在的安全问题入手,引入"三同时"的概念,将"三同时"应用到机械设备的采购流程中,解决企业采购的机械设备存在的安全问题,为企业提高机械设备本质安全性提供一种方法。

In safety production standardization,there are lots of safety evaluation standards of mechanical equipment.when enterprises check their mechanical equipments with the standards,they found lots of potential hazards. after analysis,there can be found most of them were formed in the process of purchasing. They will spend a lot of manpower and material to solve these potential hazards. Because of this,this article introduce the concept of 'three simultaneity' in process of mechanical equipments purchasing. to solve Safety problems of the enterprise mechanical equipment procurement. Attempt to provide a method for enterprises to improve mechanical equipment essential security.
