介绍的是柔性生产线中的视觉单元的电气系统设计。系统基于PLC与视觉传感器技术,实现对工件上的加工孔个数及孔尺寸精确检测,对不合格品的自动剔除正确率高,可应用于工业生产线上的产品缺陷检测应用。

This paper introduces the design of the electrical system for visual substation on the flexible manufacturing line.Based on the technique of PLC and visual sensor,it can achieve the accurate detection for the number and dimension of the holes on the workpiece,and have a high accuracy to automatically eliminate unqualified products.So this system can be applied to the detection application on the industrial production line.
