针对目前发电厂中断路器失灵保护的运行现状及存在的问题,分析了断路器失灵保护的主要原则和技术,并提出了解决方案;对断路器失灵保护方案进行优化设计,并应用于两套变压器-母差保护的断路器失灵保护中,使断路器失灵保护成为更加完备的后备保护。

For the problem and present state of circuit break failure protection in the power plants,the main principle and technology are analysed,and the solution is put forward. The scheme of circuit break failure protection is optimized,and it is applied for two protection schemes of transformer and busbar differential protection. The circuit break failure protection is become more complete substitute protection.
