摘要
磨损和腐蚀问题是机载导弹吊挂亟待解决的难题,讨论了一种针对导弹吊挂表面处理的激光熔覆技术,建立了设计、工艺、制造以及试验验证的一整套流程。研究表明:经过激光熔覆技术处理的吊挂,能够在高温、高湿和强振动冲击的环境条件中正常工作,覆层的理化性能、环境适应性能均能满足设计要求。
Wear and corrosion are the difficult problems of airborne missile hanging.In this paper,laser cladding technology on surface of airborne missile hanging is discussed.The whole process of design,technology,manufacturing and testing verification is proposed.Results showthat the hanging by laser cladding keeps normal under the condition of high temperature,high humidity and strong vibration-impact.Meanwhile,Physicochemical properties and environmental worthiness meet the design requirement.
