摘要
为评估主轴转速、进给速度、切削宽度、切削深度对树脂砂铸型数控切削精度的影响,通过设计单因素及多因素正交试验进行切削参数优化研究,进而得出高精树脂砂砂型加工的最优参数组合;并经过现场切削试验验证了上述最优参数组合对加工精度控制的有效性,为后续的树脂砂铸型的高精、高效加工提供有益的数据参考。
The single factor and multi-factor orthogonal experiments are designed for optimizing cutting parameters in order to evaluate the impact of spindle speed,feed speed,cutting width and cutting depth on the precision of CNC milling resin sand mold.And the efficiency of the optimal parameters on the precision control is verified by the milling experiment.So the study provides useful data reference for the high precision and high efficiency milling resin sand casting.
