摘要
针对传动轴振动问题,分析了传动轴振动的影响因素。利用理论计算及CAE仿真的方法对影响传动轴振动因素进行了分析,确保传动轴符合设计要求。本文对传动轴的残余不平衡量,传动轴的当量夹角,临界转速,中间支撑刚度,传动轴的弯曲模态进行了优化分析,传动轴的振动问题得到了很大改善。
In order to solve the vibration problem of transmission shaft,the influencing factors of transmission shaft vibration are analyzed.The vibration factors of transmission shaft are analyzed by theoretical calculation and cae simulation,ensure the transmission shaft meets the design requirements.In this paper,the residual unevenness of the transmission shaft,the equivalent angle of the transmission shaft,the critical speed of the transmission shaft,the stiffness of the intermediate suppor and the bending mode of the transmission shaft are optimized.The vibration of the transmission shaft has been greatly improved.
