摘要
基于Deform-3D有限元软件,建立了同步齿套渐开线花键拉削仿真模型。分析了不同拉刀几何参数对拉削力结果的影响,得到了不同拉刀前角、后角及齿升量参数下的拉削力分布规律。分析结果表明,在拉刀前角为18°、齿升量为0.025 mm及后角为2.5°~3.5°时,切削力分布较为平稳,拉削加工后工件可获得较高表面精度,为拉刀的结构设计及拉削加工工艺参数优化提供数据支持。
The finite element simulation broaching model of the involute spline synchronous gear sleeve is carried out basing on Deform-3 D software.The influence of different broach geometric parameters on the broaching force simulation result is analyzed.The distribution rule of broaching force is obtained with different broaching depth,rake angle and relief angle.The results show that when the rake angle of the cutter is 18°,the broaching depth is0.025 mmrelief,and the angle is 2.5°~3.5°,the broaching force distribution is relatively stable,and the workpiece can obtain higher surface accuracy after broaching.It provides data support for the structure design and optimization of broach geometric parameters and broaching process parameters.
