针对轴、杆等圆柱类零件的大扭矩装配,设计了一种气动定心夹紧装置。该装置不需要在轴、杆端加工出定位平面,也能将轴、杆件定位加紧。主要将它应用于圆柱类零件与螺栓、螺母或其它零件的紧固连接。实践证明,该装置的应用提高了装配的自动化水平和生产效率。

For rod or shaft need large torque to assembly,a pneumatic centering clamping device was designed.This device can clamp and locating without machining planes on its surface.It is mainly used in the fastening connection between rods and bolts,nuts or others.In fact,the device improves the automation level and production efficiency of assembly.
