摘要
本文通过对往复杆输送系统的分析及应用,并结合货车车身零部件特点,采用整体升降式往复杆输送系统实现工位间的传输,实现货车零部件四种车型的开发和应用,提高了生产线的柔性效率。
This paper based on the analysis and application of the reciprocating rod conveying system and the characteristics of the truck body parts,adopting the integral lifting reciprocating rod conveying system to realize the transfer between workstations,realizes the development and application of four types of truck parts,and improves the flexible efficiency of the production line.
