Analysis and Treatment on Abnormal Temperature Fault of Glue Pump of ZL29

ZL29型纤维滤棒成型机组由于其运转速度高,已成为成型工区的中坚力量,其运转率对车间生产工作显得尤为重要。针对ZL29型成型机组较常出现的胶水泵温度异常导致机台停机的故障分析与处理进行探讨,并为减少此故障率,提高设备运转率提出一些建议。

Due to its high running speed,the ZL29 fiber filter rod forming unit has become the backbone of the forming area,and its operation rate is particularly important for the production work in the workshop.This paper discusses the analysis and treatment of machine stop caused by abnormal temperature of glue pump in ZL29 type forming unit,and puts forward some suggestions for reducing this fault rate and improving equipment operation rate.
