综合使用Excel电子表格及其内置的函数设计出简单的数据库,收集和储存客户反馈数据,再利用Excel的数据透视表功能,构建起客户反馈数据分析框架,以低投入、低长期运维成本的条件达成客户反馈数据收集和分析的工作要求。

To collect and store customers’complaints with a simple database designed by utilizing the Excel spreadsheet and its inbuilt functions,and then establish the framework of data analysis by using the Pivot Table of the Excel spreadsheet,achieving requirements of data collection of customers’complaints and their analysis at low investment and long-term operation costs.
