摘要
将一定配比的增黏剂、2-EHP(棕榈酸乙基己酯)和萜烯树脂进行共混,在光引发剂作用下与对氨基苯甲酸发生光异构化反应;然后将所得的产物作为硬单体、BA(丙烯酸丁酯)作为软单体、CPE(氯化聚乙烯)和PVP(聚乙烯吡咯酮)作为相容剂,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了乳液型PSA(压敏胶)。研究结果表明:当w(2-EHP)=3%、w(CPE)=1.5%和w(PVP)=6%(均相对于萜烯树脂质量而言)时,PSA的综合性能相对最佳(结构和热力学性能稳定、初粘力和持粘力适宜)。
The tackifier,2-EHP(ethyl hexyl palmitate)and terpene resin were blended according to certainproportion,then the light isomerization reaction between above polyblend and p-aminobenzoic acid was happenedunder the action of photoinitiator.With above product as hard monomer,BA(butyl acrylate)as soft monomer,CPE(chlorinated polyethylene)and PVP(povidone)as compatibilizers,an emulsion type PSA(pressure-sensitiveadhesive)was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization method.The research results showed that the PSA had therelatively best combination property because it had the stable structure and thermodynamic property,andappropriate initial tack and holding tack when mass fractions of 2-EHP,CPE and PVP were 3%,1.5% and 6%respectively in terpene resin.
