摘要
以BPAF(六氟双酚A)和ECH(环氧氯丙烷)为原料合成了一种含氟环氧树脂,利用FT-IR、1HNMR、GPC、DSC、DMA手段对其结构特征、分子量、熔点以及耐水性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:成功制备了含氟环氧树脂;水煮144 h后,端环氧基聚氨酯增韧的纯含氟环氧树脂固化体系的吸水过程基本达到平衡,吸水率为1.99%;水煮相同的时间,环氧胶粘剂体系的吸水率均随着含氟环氧树脂含量的增加而减小。
A fluorine-containing epoxy resin was synthesized from BPAF(hexafluorobisphenol A)and ECH(epichlorohydrin).The structure,molecular weight,melting point and water resistance were studied by FTIR,1 H-NMR,GPC,DSC and DMA.The research results showed that fluorine-containing epoxy resin was successfully prepared.After 144 hours of boiling,the water absorption of pure fluorine-containing epoxy resin curing system toughened by epoxy-terminated polyurethane basically reached equilibrium,and the water absorption rate was1.99%.At the same time of boiling,the water absorption rate of epoxy adhesive system decreased with the increase of fluorine-containing epoxy resin content.
