摘要
以壳聚糖为母体,在其氨基上引入羧甲基制备出N-CMC(N-羧甲基壳聚糖),以Cu^(2+)[铜(Ⅱ)离子]为模板离子,印迹后炭化制得C-Cu-CMC(印迹羧甲基壳聚糖炭材料)。以傅里叶红外光谱仪、静态氮吸附仪表征炭材料,并考察其对模板离子的结合性与识别选择性。研究结果表明:300℃炭化温度下制得的印迹炭材料吸附效果较好,且当溶液温度为40℃、pH=4时,对Cu^(2+)的吸附效果较好。相较于Al^(3+)和La^(3+),炭材料C-Cu-CMC对Cu^(2+)的吸附更具选择性,这对于治理土壤和淡水重金属污染等环境问题有一定的参考价值。
N-CMC(N-carboxymethyl chitosan)was prepared from chitosan by introducing carboxymethyl into its amino group.C-Cu-CMC(imprinted carboxymethyl chitosan carbon material)was prepared by imprinting and carbonizing with Cu2+[copper(Ⅱ)ion]as template ion.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and static nitrogen adsorption instrument were used to characterize carbon materials,and their binding and recognition selectivity to template ions were investigated.The research results showed that the imprinted carbon material prepared at 300℃carbonization temperature had better adsorption effect,and when the solution temperature was40℃and pH=4,the adsorption effect of Cu2+was excellent.Compared with Al3+and La3+,carbon material C-CuCMC was more selective for the adsorption of Cu2+,which had certain reference value for the treatment of environmental problems such as heavy metal pollution in soil and fresh water.
