摘要
以不锈钢受热球体及半球体反射镜(不锈钢)、半球体玻璃罩、不锈钢挡板为分析对象,运用CFD(计算流体力学)技术预测在一定热源的作用下,电子元件的辐射特性对温度场的影响。SolidWorksFlow Simulation可以很好模拟电子元件的辐射传热情况,通过后处理可以直观获得挡板的温度分布云图、所有电子元件的表面温度分布,预测辐射传热的好坏,可为电子元件设计及材质选择提供一定的参考。
A stainless steel heated ball,a hemispherical mirror(stainless steel),a hemispherical glass cover and a stainless steel baffle were used to predict the influence of the radiation characteristics of electronic components on the temperature field under the action of a certain heat source by using CFD(computational fluid dynamics)technology.SolidWorks Flow Simulation could well simulate the radiation heat transfer of electronic components.Through post-processing,the temperature distribution nephogram of baffle and the surface temperature distribution of all electronic components could be obtained directly,and the radiation heat transfer could be predicted as well,which could provide a certain reference for the design of electronic components and material selection.
