摘要
热固性环氧沥青是进行大跨径钢桥面铺装的优异材料,国内外道路工作者对环氧沥青材料的研发投入了大量精力,但是沥青与环氧树脂在物理、化学性质上的差异使得二者相容性极差,影响了环氧沥青材料的开发与应用。本文讨论了环氧树脂与沥青相容性差的原因,并从原材料的选择、顺酐化改性、添加增容剂、选择增容固化剂以及相容性评价方法等方面综述了环氧沥青相容性的研究现状,最后对目前环氧沥青研发过程中存在的一些问题进行了总结。
Thermosetting epoxy asphalt is an excellent material for long span steel bridge decking.Road researchers at home and abroad have spent a lot of time on developing epoxy asphalt materials,however the difference in physical and chemical properties between asphalt and epoxy resin made the compatibility of the two products extremely poor,which affected the development and application of epoxy asphalt materials.In this paper,the reasons for the poor compatibility of epoxy resin and asphalt were discussed.The epoxy asphalt situation was reviewed from the aspects of raw material selection,maleic anhydride modification,addition of compatibilizer,selection of compatibilizing curing agent and compatibility evaluation method.Finally,some problems in the current research and development of epoxy asphalt were summarized.
