一种未知胶粘剂的化学成分检测方法研究

Study on determination of chemical composition of an unknown adhesive

运用傅里叶红外分光光度计结合GC-MS(气相色谱-质谱联用仪)对未知胶粘剂进行了定性分析,得到未知物的组分别是2,2’-MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)、2,4’-MDI、4,4’-MDI和少量MDI二聚体。研究结果表明:4,4’-MDI在1.01~10.10μg/mL浓度范围内的线性关系良好;采用GC-MS外标法测定得出未知胶粘剂中4,4’-MDI的含量是44.72 mg/mL;利用面积归一化推算出未知胶粘剂中2,4’-MDI和2,2’-MDI的含量分别为52.54、2.14 mg/mL。

An unknown adhesive was qualitatively analyzed by using Fourier infrared spectrophotometer combined with GC-MS(gas chromatography-mass spectrometer),and the unknown compounds were found as2,2’-MDI(diphenylmethane diisocyanate),2,4’-MDI,4,4’-MDI and a small amount of MDI dimer.The research results showed that the linear relationship of 4,4’-MDI was good in the concentration range of 1.01~10.10μg/mL.The content of 4,4’-MDI in the unknown adhesive was 44.72 mg/mL by GC-MS external standard method.Using area normalization,the contents of 2,4’-MDI and 2,2’-MDI in the unknown adhesive were calculated as 52.54 and 2.14 mg/mL,respectively.
