建筑用单组分硅酮胶产品在建筑密封中使用最广泛,'充油胶'的危害不容忽视。通过市场随机购检的方式,对单组分硅酮胶产品开展了质量安全风险研究。研究结果表明:市场上购买的单组分硅酮胶存在产品标识不规范、挥发物含量超标、力学性能不达标或粘接性能不达标等方面的质量问题,可能引发产品误用、性能失效甚至发生砸伤事件等风险。

One-component silicone sealant for construction is widely used in building sealing,and the harm of'oil-filled silicone sealant'could not be ignored.Through random purchase and inspection in the market,the quality and safety risk study was conducted on one-component silicone sealant.The research results showed that one-component silicone sealant purchased in the market had some quality problems such as non-standard product identification,excessive volatile content,poor mechanical properties or poor bonding performance,which may lead to the risks of product misuse,performance failure or even damage incidents.
