延安时期中国共产党创办新型高等教育的探索——以延安大学的建立和发展为例

Exploration of Establishing New-Tape Higher Education by CPC in Yan’an Period:Taking the Establishment and Development of Yan’an University as an Example

延安大学是由毛泽东亲自命名、中国共产党创办的第一所综合性大学,标志着中国共产党创办新型正规化高等教育的开始。延安大学的办学实践,对新中国高等教育的发展产生了深刻影响,主要是:确立了马克思主义的指导地位;确立了党在高校的领导地位;确立了高等教育始终服务于党的中心工作的办学定位;确立了立德树人的培养目标;确立了学用一致的办学理念;确立了民主办学的治校思想;确立了自力更生、艰苦奋斗的办学精神。

Yan’an University was the first comprehensive university founded by CPC and named by Mao Zedong,which means the beginning of the founding of new-type formalized higher education by CPC.The school-running practice of Yan’an University had a profound impact on the development of higher education in the People’s Republic of China.The impact is shown in the following aspects:establishing the guiding position of Marxism,CPC’s leadership position in colleges and universities,the school-running orientation that higher education serves CPC’s central work throughout,the training goal of foster virtue through education,the school-running concept of integrating study with application,the idea of running schools democratically,and the school-running spirit of self-reliance and hard work.
