摘要
鹅观草属植物(Roegneria C.Koch),具有优良的抗病性、抗寒性和抗旱性,是小麦和牧草育种的重要材料资源。本研究利用不同浓度Na Cl对大芒鹅观草、肃草、偏穗鹅三种鹅观草(三叶期)进行盐胁迫处理7d,从生物学、生理、生化18项指标中筛选出具有代表性的耐盐指标,以便减少工作量及试验费用并达到能鉴定3种鹅观草耐盐性的目的。综合分析各项指标,试验结果表明:在测定指标中叶长、可溶性糖、CAT和SOD4项指标与3种鹅观草幼苗耐盐密切相关,可评价大芒鹅观草、肃草和偏穗鹅3种鹅观草耐盐性的强弱。
The plants of Roegneria family(Roegneria C. Koch), having excellent disease resistance, cold resistance and drought resistance, is considered to be the essential germplasms of wheat and forage breeding. In this study, three Roegneria species, R. turczaninovii(Drob) Nevski var. macrathera Ohwi, R. stricta Keng f. stricta, and R. komarovii(Nevski) Nevski, were treated with different salt(Na Cl) concentrations at three leaf stage for 7days. 18 indexes including the biological, physiological and biochemical indexes were assessed to screen the indicators to the salt tolerance in order to to achieve the purposes to identify salt-tolerance of three Roegneria species aw ell as to reduce workload and save test cost. With the comprehensive analysis of these indicators, the results showed that four indicators, leaf length, SOD, soluble sugar, and CAT, would be associated with the salt-tolerance of young seedlings of three Roegneria species, which could be used for assessing the strength or weakness of salt resistance among three Roegneriaplants.
