不同兔种遗传多样性与聚类分析 被引量:4

Genetic Polymorphism and Cluster Analysis in Different Breeds of Lepus

摘要 从NCBI数据库中下载来自不同国家的20个兔种135条序列,进行遗传多样性与亲缘关系分析。结果显示来自美国的白尾兔遗传多样性最高,核苷酸多样性为0.292 70±0.101 57,单倍型多样性为0.964±0.077;来自墨西哥的黄喉兔核苷酸多样性最低,为0.002 55±0.000 80。中国兔种中,云南兔遗传多样性较低,核苷酸多样性与单倍型多样性分别为0.021 70±0.008 76和0.600±0.54;白尾兔种内及种间遗传距离较远,而黄喉兔与白尾兔之外的任何一个兔种遗传距离都较远,但种内遗传距离为0.000;从聚类图分析,草兔在大多数兔种群体中均有聚类,且都分布在A支系。说明黄喉兔遗传多样性贫乏,处于濒临灭绝的边缘;草兔地理分布范围广且数量众多;云南兔遗传多样性较低。 135 sequences belonging to 20 breeds in lepus were downloaded from NCBI to analyse genetic diversity and relationship. The results indicated Lepus townsendii coming from American showing the highest genetic polymorphism, as nucleotide diversity(Pi) was 0.292 70±0.101 57 and haplotype diversity(Hd) was 0.964±0.077; Lepus flavigularis coming from Mexico showing the lowest nucleotide diversity which was 0.002 55±0.000 80.In the Chinese breeds of lepus, yunnan hare appearing as the lowest genetic polymorphism, while Pi and Hd were0.021 70±0.008 76 and 0.600±0.54, respectively.Lepus townsendii had closer genetic distance between and within breeds, Lepus flavigularis had farther genetic distance to the other breeds except to Lepus townsendii, nevertheless,and distance within breeds was 0.000; from the cluster analysis, Lepus capensis individuals aggregated in the most breeds of lepus and distributed in clade A. The conclusion was that Lepus flavigularis was lack of genetic diversity and at the brink of extinction; Lepus capensis had a wide geographical distribution as well as large number of individuals; Yunnan hare had a lower genetic diversity.
