In order to study the interaction between bovine serum albumin and gold nanoparticles, we selected gold nanoparticles and bovine serum albumin as material, thought the bovine serum albumin and physical adsorption with gold nanoparticles, combined with proteinase K digestion, SDS elution and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, we learned that the proteins combine with the nanoparticles primarily due to a segment of the protein sequence specific binding to the surface of the nanoparticles. We found this resule not only laid the theoretical foundation of the nanoparticles widely used in vivo, but also critical for functional nanoparticles play function in vivo.
