摘要
植物寄生线虫寄生于植物体内,引起植物病害,危害寄主植物,其危害仅次于真菌病害,每年都会对全世界主要农作物造成严重损失。由于传统的防治植物寄生线虫策略的诸多局限性,近年来,随着RNAi技术日趋成熟,越来越多的研究者开始着手于运用该项技术来防治植物寄生线虫。本文主要介绍了RNAi在对线虫生长繁殖,侵染及运动起作用的基因的功能的研究,对培育转抗线虫基因作物的中应用及参与互作的植物基因沉默在抑制线虫方面的应用及研究进展。
Plant parasitic nematodes are living in the plants, giving rise to diseases, damaging host, causing of substantial damages to the major crops in the whole world every year. It is the most important pest except fungi.Because of the limitation of the conventional methods to control plant parasitic nematodes, currently, RNAi is more and more riper, this technique is used to control plant parasitic nematodes in scholars' study. In this article,we mainly introduce the application and progress about functions of genes which influence the growh,propagation, infection and movement of nemtodes, cultivating of transgenic nematode resistance gene crops, and participating interaction with the plant gene silencing to resist nematodes.
