摘要 为研究浸种时间对凤丹(Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan’)种子萌发的影响,测定了不同浸种时间下凤丹种子的上浮层和下沉层的露白率,吸水率,生活力和α-淀粉酶活性等指标。结果表明:随着浸种时间增加,吸水率呈现增加趋势;浸种2 d的下沉层种子的露白率与生活力最高,且均高于上浮层种子;α-淀粉酶活性在下沉层种子中高达93 U,上浮层种子最高活性仅为81 U,相同浸种时间下沉层种子α-淀粉酶活性更高。结论:凤丹种子的最佳浸种时间为2 d。 To study the effect of the Paeonia ostii ‘Feng Dan'germination characteristics in different soaking time,we tested the germination rate, water absorption rate, viability and α-amylase activity of floating and sinking layers of peony seeds under different soaking time. According to the results, with the increasing of the seeds soaking time,the water absorption rate increased; The germination rate and viability of sinking layers seeds that soaked for 2 days reach the maximum level and always higher than that of floating ones. When it came to the activity of theα-amylase, it showed that the highest α-amylase activity of sinking layer seeds can reach 93 U while that of the floating layer seeds only be 81 U. Besides, the α-amylase activity of sinking layer seeds was significantly higher than the floating ones. It reached a conclusion that the best soaking time of Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan'seeds is 2 days.
