摘要
为了探讨骑车运动对青年人群和老年人群步行表现和脑部动作皮质活化的影响差异,本研究招募并筛选30名青年受试者(<35岁)和30名老受试者,在功率车进行为期30天的骑行训练,并对受试者进行6分钟步行测试、10米行走测试、下肢等速肌力评估等检测项目,评价训练对步行能力的影响,后利用颅刺激检测受试者脑部动作皮质活化的情况,利用卡方检验和T检验进行比较分析,发现本研究中6分钟步行测试、10米行走测试方面,老年受试者与青年受试者间不存在显著差异(p>0.05),但组内前后测具有显著性差异,后测结果显著优于前测(p<0.05),下肢等速肌力测试结果与与之相似。但脑部动作皮质活化结果显示,老年受试者与青年受试者在前后测结果和组较结果比较中均没有显著差异(p>0.05)。本研究认为,功率车骑行可以有效改善成人下肢肌力和步行能力,且对老年人和青年人改善效果基本一致,但骑行不能对于脑部动作皮质活化产生的正向影响。
To investigate the effects of cycling on the walking performance and activation of brain motor cortex in young and elderly groups,this study recruited and screened 30 young subjects(<35 years old)and 30 old subjects in a power car.Perform a 30-day cycling training,and conduct a 6-minute walk test,a 10-meter walk test,and a test of the isokinetic strength of the lower limbs,and evaluate the impact of training on walking ability,and then use the cranial stimulation test.In the case of activation of the brain’s action cortex,a chi-square test and a T-test were used for comparative analysis.It was found that there was no significant difference between the elderly subjects and the young subjects in the 6-minute walk test and the 10-meter walk test in this study(p>0.05),but there were significant differences in the pre-and post-test in the group.The post-test results were significantly better than the pre-test(p<0.05),and the results of the isometric muscle strength test of the lower limbs were similar.However,the activation of brain action cortex showed that there was no significant difference between the old and the young subjects in the pre-test results and the group comparison results(p>0.05).This study believes that power car riding can effectively improve the muscle strength and walking ability of the lower limbs of adults,and the effect on the improvement of the elderly and young people is basically the same,but the riding can not have a positive impact on the activation of the brain action cortex.
