摘要
中华甲虫蒲螨(Pyemotes zhonghuajia Yu, Zhang and He)在多种蛀干害虫中起到了较好的防治效果,但利用其对松墨天牛(Monochamus alternatus Hope)进行防治的研究目前较少。为揭示中华甲虫蒲螨对松墨天牛的寄生效果,初步探究其生防潜力,比较中华甲虫蒲螨对不同龄期松墨天牛幼虫的寄生情况与致死力,及不同温度对中华甲虫蒲螨发育及寄生效果的影响。结果显示,中华甲虫蒲螨对1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄幼虫均有致死力,致死力强弱为2龄>3龄>4龄>1龄;不同龄期松墨天牛幼虫体上的中华甲虫蒲螨寄生数量差异显著(p<0.05),其中2龄幼虫体上寄生的数量最高,达(5.800±1.448)头;2龄、3龄、4龄幼虫体上寄生的蒲螨可产生膨腹体完成世代发育,且3龄虫体上的膨腹体发育最好;蒲螨膨腹体发育的最适温度区间为24℃~28℃,低于或高于此温度区域膨腹体会发育不良或难以发育。综上,中华甲虫蒲螨对松墨天牛幼虫有较好的防治效果,有助于日后松墨天牛的生物防治。
Pyemotes zhonghuajia Yu,Zhang and He has a good control effect on a variety of trunk-boring pests,but there are fe w studies on the control of M.alternatus.In order to reveal the parasitic effect of Pyemotes zhonghuajia on M.alternatus,and to explore its control potential,the parasitic situation and lethality of Pyemotes zhonghuajia on larvae of M.alternatus of different instars were compared,and the effects of different temperatures on the development and parasitic effect of Pyemotes zhonghuajia on M.alternatus were also studied.The results showed that Pyemotes zhonghuajia had a lethal effect on the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th instars larvae,and the lethal strength was 2 instars>3 instars>4 instars>1 instar;There were significant difference in the number of Pyemotes zhonghuaja on the body of the larvae of different instars(p<0.05),and the number of parasitic species in the 2 ndinstar larvae was the highest(5.800±1.448);Pyemotes zhonghuaja parasitized on the 2nd,3rd and 4th instars larvae could produce expanding abdomen to complete generation development,and expanding abdomen on the 3rd instars larvae developed best;The optimum temperature range for the development of expanding abdomen is 24℃28℃.Below or above this temperature,the expanding abdomen will be stunted or difficult to develop.In summary,Pyemotes zhonghuaja has a good control effect on the larvae of M.alternatus,which is helpful for the biological control of M.alternatus.
