摘要
实施西部大开发战略 ,是历史的必然选择。本文试图探析在新的形势下 ,如何加强民族法制建设 ,以促进少数民族及民族地区经济和社会的全面发展。
It is the historical certain choice that implement the development of western region strategy. This article probed into how to strengthen nationality legal system construction in new situation in order to promote the minority nationality, nationality area economy and social development.
