摘要 本文基于组织支持感理论的发展,结合其前因变量和结果变量的相关研究,进而分析组织支持感所起到的中介作用和调节作用。系统剖析组织支持感的影响因素和结果,为如何增强员工对组织的支持提供必要的理论依据,特别是在当今竞争形势异常激烈的市场经济条件下,本文研究可以为合理地处理企业与员工之间的关系、如何挽留住优秀的员工以促进企业健康发展提供理论指导。
