乳粉中单增李斯特氏菌的检测分离鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对临夏回族自治州市售不同品牌的乳粉进行随机抽样检测,以确保该地区乳粉的食品安全。方法:通过一系列增菌措施、分离纯化后,根据菌株在平板以及斜面培养基上的菌落特征,与对照菌株进行对照,结合在显微镜下的菌体细胞显微形态及生理生化试验结果进行判定。结果:采集的12份样品中标号为L的样品中筛选出一株疑似菌L,最终判定为单增李斯特菌。结论:确定其中一份样品L已被单增李斯特菌污染。
