富锂锰基正极材料前驱体Mn_(0.667)Ni_(0.166)Co_(0.166)CO_3的制备与表征

摘要 采用碳酸盐共沉淀法合成富锂锰基正极材料的前驱体Mn_(0.667)Ni_(0.166)Co_(0.166)CO_3,通过激光粒度仪、松装密度仪、振实密度仪、比表面积分析仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等多种手段对前驱体进行表征,研究不同NH_3/M(M=Mn、Ni、Co)摩尔比对前驱体材料性能的影响。结果表明,NH_3/M=0时,合成的前驱体材料粒度分布均匀、密度高、比表面积小、结晶程度较好,并且颗粒呈球形、表面光滑、内部密实无空心现象。将该条件下的前驱体与碳酸锂混合,用高温固相法制备富锂锰基正极材料Li[Li_(0.2)Mn_(0.534)Ni_(0.133)Co_(0.133)]O_2。经电化学性能测试结果表明,其电化学性能良好,在充放电电压为2.0~4.6V范围内,电流密度20m A?g^(-1)条件下,首周放电容量达272.6m Ah?g^(-1),首次效率为87.5%;电流密度40m A?g^(-1)条件下,经过50次循环后放电容量保持率93.6%。
