碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的界面研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文介绍碳纤维树脂基复合材料的界面问题,并对改进方法进行总结。详细介绍胺化偶联剂处理、冷等离子体接枝处理、超声波处理、臭氧电氧化等纤维表面改性方法。测定复合材料的界面剪切强度和层间剪切强度,这些方法提高碳纤维的表面活性,改善碳纤维/树脂复合材料的界面粘结性能,进一步提高复合材料的界面性能,并对复合材料的发展前景进行展望。
