NMR代谢组学技术研究OPFRs对HepG2细胞糖代谢的影响

摘要 由于OPFRs在环境中的广泛存在以及由此引发的环境及健康风险,本研究选取9种常见的OPFRs为主要的研究对象,利用基于NMR的细胞代谢组学技术探讨OPFRs对人肝癌细胞(Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell,Hep G2)代谢表型变化特征。研究共指认出Hep G2细胞中的33个代谢物,通过对NMR谱的主成分分析,发现9种OPFRs均显著影响Hep G2细胞代谢表型变化;且通过改变三羧酸循环过程中相关代谢物水平,明显干扰细胞三羧酸循环代谢通路,从而揭示了OPFRs在细胞代谢层面可能的毒性特征。
