摘要
嫁接栽培在茄子生产中应用广泛,但砧木种子易出现休眠而影响其萌发。本试验以"茄砧21号"砧木种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度赤霉素处理对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着赤霉素浓度的增加,种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均呈现升高趋势,当赤霉素浓度为1200~1800 mg/L时,发芽率均达到90%以上,其中1500 mg/L处理的发芽率最高,达94.50%。300 mg/L的赤霉素能够显著促进砧用茄子幼苗株高的增长,500 mg/L的赤霉素则显著提高了幼苗干重;赤霉素对幼苗茎粗的影响无显著差异,但随浓度的提高茎粗呈现减小趋势;赤霉素对幼苗叶片数的增减无明显规律性。
Grafting cultivation is widely used in eggplant production,but rootstock seeds are not easy to germinate under normal conditions.Using‘Qiezhen No.21’rootstock seeds as experimental materials to study the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin on seed germination and seedling growth of eggplant rootstock.Results show that with the increase of gibberellin concentration,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of seeds showed an upward trend.When the concentration of gibberellin was 1200~1800 mg/L,seed germination rate reached above 90%,especially at 1500 mg/l being the highest,over 94.50%.Gibberellin at 300 mg/L significantly increased seedling height,at 500 mg/L significantly increased dry weight of seedling.Gibberellin had no significant effect on stem diameter of seedling,but stem diameter decreased with the increase of concentration.Gibberellin had no obvious regularity on the increase and decrease of leaf number of seedling.
