摘要
钡盐的污染问题一直引起研究者的关注,构建钡离子的分析检测方法仍是具有挑战性的任务。通过银纳米粒表面的配体脱氧胆酸与钡离子之间的竞争配位作用,导致银纳米由黄色变为棕褐色,诱导银纳米团聚,从而实现对Ba2+的选择性比色识别。而其他碱金属离子和碱土金属离子未引起银纳米粒子发生明显的颜色变化。该方法操作简便,成本低,可以实现原位裸眼识别。
The pollution of barium salts has attracted the attention of researchers.Moreover,the analysis and detection of barium ions is still a challenging task.Those Ag NPs can visually detect Ba2+with colorimetric change from the yellow to brown based on competitive coordination between Ba2+and the deoxycholic acid.However,other alkali metal ions and alkaline earth metal ions did not cause obvious color changes of silver nanoparticles.The assay method is not only simple to operate,low in cost,but also can be used to identify using the naked eye.
