摘要
参照偏高岭土的主要组成,采用溶胶凝胶法,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和水合硝酸铝(ANN)为主要原料,制备了纯净的Al2O3-2SiO2粉体,研究了地质聚合物制备过程中原料配比对地质聚合物性能的影响,结果表明,制备地质聚合物的优化条件:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)为3.0"3.5、n(H2O)/n(Al2O3)约为10、n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)约为1。通过NMR对地质聚合物和粉体结构进行了表征,由27 Al和29Si的核磁共振谱可以看出:优化条件下的地质聚合反应比较完全。
Referring to the main composition of metakaolin,pure Al2 O3-2 SiO2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and aluminum nitrate hydrate(ANN)as main raw materials.The effects of raw material ratio on the performances of geopolymers during their preparation were studied.The results show that the optimum conditions for the preparation of geopolymers are as follows:n(SiO2)/n(Al2 O3)is 3.0~3.5,n(H2 O)/n(Al2 O3)is about 10,n(Na2 O)/n(Al2 O3)is about 1.The geopolymer and powder structure were characterized by NMR.It can be seen from the nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of 27 Al and 29 Si that the geopolymerization under optimized conditions is relatively complete.
