摘要
以广西岑溪市中心城区为例,从土地利用强度、土地投入水平和土地产出状况三个方面建立指标体系,运用综合评价法、Delphi法对中心城区内的居住用地进行集约利用评价,结果表明:在岑溪居住用地中,居住用地总面积887.93hm2,过度利用区面积0hm2;集约利用区面积298.779hm2,占比33.65%;中度利用区面积274.9 715hm2,占比30.97%;低度利用区面积314.1744hm2,占比35.38%。结论:通过数据分析,岑溪市的土地集约节约利用程度不高,居住用地的利用度处于中度利用的水平,具有较大的挖潜潜力。
Taking urban area of Cenxi city of Guangxi as an example,index system is established from three aspects of land use intensity,land investment level and land output.Intensive use of residential functional area in the city center is evaluated using comprehensive evaluation method,the method of Delphi.The results show that in residential functional area of Cenxi,total residential functional area is 887.93 hectares,over exploitation area is 0 hectares,intensive use area is 298.7793 hectares,accounting for 33.65%;moderate utilization area is 274.9715 hectares,accounting for 30.97%;low utilization area is 314.1744 hectares,accounting for 35.38%.The intensity of intensive use in Cenxi is generally moderate,and the area of inefficient use of functional area accounts for a high proportion,and the potential of latent power tapping is larger.
