公寓管理系统与微信平台在学生公寓日常管理中的应用与成功实践案例——以长春财经学院为例

为了提高学生公寓的服务质量与管理水平,使学生公寓的各项服务与管理工作为学校的教学中心工作保驾护航;发挥学生公寓的育人功能,使学生公寓的各项工作达到信息化、系统化、精细化。长春财经学院经过四年多的时间自主研发'学生公寓管理系统',经过反复的设计、调试、实验、实践、改进等过程,边探索边实践。'公寓管理系统'的功能切合实际,与学校学生公寓日常管理理念、模式、方法等相配套;而且与学校用于教学教育工作的'X果'软件相适应;对接微信公众平台使微信成为公寓管理系统的客户端。该系统具有设计理念较为先进、技术简单、资金投入少、量身定做、实用性强、安全性高等特点,具有普遍代表性和可复制性,容易被效仿和推广。本文主要讲述长春财经学院的公寓管理系统与微信平台在学生公寓日常管理中的实际应用情况,涉及学生公寓管理理念、管理模式、方式方法、具体实例等方面的问题,主要涉及技术与硬件方面的问题,希望能为高校的学生公寓日常管理工作提供可借鉴的经验。

In order to improve the service quality and management level of the student apartment,make sure that the service and management work of the student apartment will guarantee the work of the school’s teaching center,full play the education function of the apartment,make the work become informationized,systematized and refined,the apartment management division of Chang Chun University of Finance and Economics has researched and developed'Student Apartment M anagement System'within the past four years.It has designed,tested,debug and improved the system in practice.Now the'Apartment Management System'has been developed to match the daily management concepts,patterns and methods of student apartments.And it is suitable for the'X Fruit'softw are used in teaching education.The system can be connected to We Chat public platform,making We Chat the client of the apartment management system.The system has many features such as it has an advanced design concept,simple technology,less investment;it is tailored,practical and safe.It has universal representativeness and reproducibility and is easy to be followed and promoted.This paper focuses on the practical application of We Chat platform and'Student Apartment Management System'in daily apartment management in Chang Chun University of Finance and Economics,which involves the student apartments management concept,management mode,methods,specific instances and so on,technology and hardw are problems are less concerned.It is hoped that this paper could provide a helpful reference for the daily management of college students’apartments.
