新时代背景下青年马克思主义者的培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Young Marxists under the Background of the New Age

经过长期努力,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。新时代提出新课题,新课题提出新要求。'青马工程'作为共青团担负根本任务、履行政治责任、服务党政大局的重要品牌项目,必须及时回应新要求、认清新形势、承担新使命。本文以青年马克思主义者的培养为研究主题,结合马克思主义中国化的最新成果,从新时代和青年马克思主义者的特点出发,首先论述了新时代背景下青年马克思主义者培养的新使命、新要求;其次指出新时代背景下青年马克思主义者的培养面对的新形势、新挑战,发现了青年马克思主义者培养体系不能与新时代相适应之处;最后结合上述研究成果,提出了新时代背景下青年马克思主义者培养的发展方向,并针对当下青年马克思主义者的培养给出对策建议。

After a long period of hard work,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. New issues are proposed in the new era,and new topics are proposed. As the important brand project of the Communist Youth League,which shoulders the fundamental tasks,fulfills its political responsibilities,and serves the overall situation of the party and government,the 'Qingma Project'must respond to new requirements,recognize the new situation,and undertake new missions in a timely manner. Based on the cultivation of young Marxists and the latest achievements of Marxism in China,this article begins with the characteristics of the new era and the young Marxists,and first discusses the new mission and new requirements of the young Marxists in the new era. At the same time,it points out the new situation and new challenges faced by the young Marxists in the new era,and finds that the young Marxist training system can not adapt to the new era;finally,combining the above research results,puts forward a new era background. The development direction of the young Marxists is cultivated,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the training of the current young Marxists are given.
