海事类院校实践育人长效机制的探索与研究——以盐田码头实习为例

摘要 海事类院校是我国航海事业高水平、高素质人才的培养基地,加强海事类院校的实践育人能力是实现海洋强国的重要一环。将实践育人长效机制引入海事类院校的学生培养计划中,有利于促进学生全面发展,顺应时代号召,从而造就更多更优秀的海事类人才。本文以大连海事大学交通运输工程学院盐田码头实习为例,旨在探索建设海事类院校实践育人长效机制的路径,构建完整的培育体系,加强校企合作,大力推广,构建品牌,实现理论与实践的有机结合。 Maritime colleges and universities are the training ground for high-level and high-quality maritime talents in China. Strengthening the ability of maritime colleges to practice and educate people is an important part of realizing the maritime power. Introducing the long-term mechanism of practicing education into the student training plan of maritime colleges is conducive to promoting the all-round development of students and adapting to the call of the times to create more and better maritime talents.To strengthen the study of the long-term mechanism of practicing education in maritime colleges and universities,we can take the internship of Yantian Wharf of Dalian Maritime University as an example to build a complete cultivation system, strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,vigorously promote,build brands,and realize theory and practice. Organic combination.
