Research on the Effectiveness of Student Apartment Management in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

在新形势下高校如何加强学生公寓的管理与服务工作、提高学生公寓管理水平和服务质量、优化高校学生公寓资源、增强学生公寓的育人功能,是新时代高校学生工作的新任务和新要求。随着全国高校思想政治工作会议精神、全面落实加强和改进高校思政工作座谈会要求的深入贯彻,学生公寓要在软硬件管理、文化育人、实践育人、智慧公寓建设等方面创新方法,不断增强工作实效性,提升工作质量。

Under the new situation, how to standardize the management and service of students’ apartments,improve the management level and service quality of students’ apartments,optimize the resources of students’ apartments,and enhance the educational function of students’ apartments are the new tasks and requirements of students’ work in Colleges and universities in the new era. With the deepening implementation of the spirit of the National Conference on Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities and the full implementation of the important tasks required by the Symposium on strengthening and improving ideological and political work in Colleges and universities,students’ apartments should innovate methods in software and hardware management,cultural education,practical education,construction of intelligent apartments,etc, so as to continuously enhance the effectiveness of work and improve the quality of work.
