新媒体环境下大学生宿舍人际关系现状调查及对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasure Research on Interpersonal Relationship of College Students’ Dormitory under New Media Environment

宿舍人际关系是大学生在校期间主要的人际关系,在大学生成长成才过程中发挥着重要作用。新媒体环境下,大学生宿舍人际关系呈现出人际沟通技术化、人际情感疏离化、人际冲突显性化、人际交往圈群化等特点。针对这种情况,高校需要对宿舍管理制度进行完善,优化宿舍育人环境;丰富校园文化活动,增强大学生人际交往能力;加强大学生心理健康教育,完善大学生心理危机干预机制;个人要加强自身素质,合理使用新媒体。

Dormitory interpersonal relationship is the main interpersonal relationship of college students in the school,and plays an important role in the process of college students’ growth. Under the new media environment,the interpersonal relationship in college dormitories is characterized by technical interpersonal communication,emotional alienation,explicit interpersonal conflicts,and social circles.Colleges and universities should improve the dormitory management system,optimize the dormitory education environment;enrich campus cultural activities,enhance the interpersonal skills of College students;strengthen the psychological health education of College students,improve the psychological crisis intervention mechanism of College students;individuals should strengthen their own quality,rational use of new media.
