以环保特色社团为平台的高校实践育人协同创新路径探析

作为高校学生第二课堂主阵地的大学生社团,不仅是高校校园文化的重要组成部分,更是思想政治教育工作的新抓手,影响力、作用力更大的特色社团在创新教育方式、改变课堂教学形式、培养学生创新素质方面作用明显,影响着高校实践育人的成效。围绕特色社团的实践育人功能,本文从明确建设目标、创新管理体制、保障建设资源、提升建设水平四个方面探讨如何提升特色社团实践育人成效,并从目标协同、功能协同、管理协同三个内容维度来构建社团活动实践育人协同创新的路径,更好地服务于人才培养。

As the main positions of the second class of college students,The college student associations are not only to be an important part of the campus culture,but also a new starting point for ideological and political education. The Environmental Feature Community with greater influence and force are innovating in the way of education and changing the classroom. The role of teaching methods and cultivating students’ innovative quality is obvious,which affects the effectiveness of the practice of educating people in universities. Focuses on the function of educating people through the environmental feature community, and discusses how to improve the effectiveness of educating people with environmental feature community from the aspects of clearing the construction goals,innovating the management system,ensuring the construction of resources,and improving the level of construction. The content dimension is to construct the path mechanism of synergistically practical education and to better exert the effectiveness of the practice and educating people.
