On the basis of 'Three Confidences',General Secretary Xi Jinping further improved into 'Four Confidences ',and for the first time clearly put forward 'Cultural Confidence ', and elaborated on the rich connotation and important significance of 'Cultural Confidence'. To strengthen cultural self-confidence,education is the crux,the key,the way,and the important basic role;to strengthen cultural self-confidence,the first and foremost thing is to promote quality education,deepen educational reform,strengthen basic education,adhere to cultural self-confidence,promote all-round development,and promote educational equity.
