摘要
本文通过对蓄热室内传热过程的分析,以热量平衡为基础,建立了二维不稳定传热非线性数学模型。它是对H.Hausen、F.W.Schmidt and A.J.Willmott等人建立的一维和二维不稳定传热线性模型的有意义的开拓。 所建数学模型的计算结果与现场实测结果是一致的。因此,该数学模型具有较强的实用性。它能反映工业窑炉蓄热室内的传热过程,指导蓄热室的优化设计和合理作业,从而可达到进一步降低窑炉能耗的效果。
The analysis about the process of heat transfer in regenerators was carried out. Based on the heat balance, a two-dimensional mathematical model for non-steady heat transfer was established, which has further developed the linear theories proposed by H.Hausen, F.W.Schmidt and A.J.Willmott et al.The gas flow and checker brick temperature distributions predicted by means of the mathematical model coincide with the test results in situ. Therefore, this model is practical. It can be used not only to predict the process of heat transfer in regenerator, but also to direct the optimum design and resonable operation of regenerator. Thus, the consumption of energy of industrial furnaces can be further decreased.
