摘要
采用非均匀沉淀法和机械球磨法2种方法添加Y2O3获得Al2O3陶瓷,通过研究烧结过程中Al2O3陶瓷的物相变化,对比了2种添加方法的优劣。结果表明:对于非均匀沉淀法制备的Al2O3复合粉体来说,烧结过程中开始生成钇铝石榴石(YAG)相的温度约为1 400℃,低于机械球磨法添加Y2O3烧结过程中YAG的生成温度;YAG的生成量大于机械球磨法;加入较少量的Y2O3(0.05%,质量分数)即可检测到Y3+在Al2O3晶格中的固溶态。扫描电子显微镜照片和面扫结果显示烧结过程中生成的YAG位于Al2O3晶界处。
Alumina ceramics were prepared when Y2O3 was added viaeither heterogeneous precipitation(HP)method or mechanical mixing(MM).The phase transformation of the ceramics during firing after adding Y2O3by HP and MM was investigated.The results show that the generation temperature of YAG composite powder after adding Y2O3via HP is lower than that via MM,and the more YAG appears after adding Y2O3via HP.Meanwhile,a lower addition of Y2O3(i.e.,0.05%,mass fraction)can cause the solvation of Y3+into Al2O3lattice.According to the scanning electron microscopic image,the YAG appears in alumina grain boundary.
