离子液体辅助超声法制备ZnO/CdS复合粉体及其光催化性能 被引量:11

Ionic Liquid-assisted Ultrasonic Synthesis of ZnO/CdS Composite Powder and Its Photocatalytic Properties

摘要 在水和离子液体溶液中,以氯化镉和硫代乙酰胺为原料,采用超声技术制备ZnO/CdS复合光催化剂。借助于X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱对ZnO/CdS进行了表征。结果表明:在离子液体中合成的ZnO/CdS复合粉体具有较好的结晶度,CdS在花状结构ZnO上分散更均匀;与水中合成的ZnO/CdS复合粉体相比,其吸收带边发生红移。离子液体中合成的ZnO/CdS复合粉体具有较好的光催化活性,这主要归结于离子液体对粒径的调控和超声在离子液体中增强的空化作用。 ZnO/CdS composite photocatalysts were synthesized by an ultrasonic method using cadmium chloride(CdCl2)and thiacetamide(CH3C=SNH2)as starting materials.The different samples were prepared in the ionic liquid(IL)and water,respectively.The phase,morphology and optical properties of ZnO/CdS composite photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy.The experimental results show that the ZnO/CdS composite photocatalysts prepared in ionic liquid solvent exhibits a better crystallinity.CdS can be uniformly dispersed on ZnO crystals and ZnO maintains its basic flower-shaped structure.Compared to the ZnO/CdS prepared in water,the ZnO/CdS synthesized in ionic liquids shows a substantial redshift.It is indicated that the ZnO/CdS prepared in ionic liquids exhibits a better photocatalytic activity due to the size modulation effect and the enhanced ultrasound cavitation in ionic liquids.
